Booking Terms

Thank you for booking your place at a Rossendale Trades Hub networking event.

By reserving a place, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from Rossendale Trades Hub.

2. Event Capacity

Places are limited and are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Once all available places have been reserved, bookings will close and a waiting list may be offered.

3. Unable to Attend

If you are no longer able to attend, please let us know as soon as possible so that your place can be offered to another business.

4. Event Changes

Rossendale Trades Hub reserves the right to change the event date, time, venue or format where necessary. In the unlikely event that an event is cancelled, all registered attendees will be notified as soon as possible.

5. Photography & Video

Our official Rossendale Trades Hub photographer, Inglbys Photography, may take photographs and videos during the event. Images and footage may be used on the Rossendale Trades Hub website, social media channels and other promotional material.

If you do not wish to appear in any photographs or videos, please let us know before or during the event. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure you are not included in any published content.

6. Respectful Conduct

We aim to provide a welcoming and professional environment for everyone. Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests, exhibitors, speakers and venue staff. Rossendale Trades Hub reserves the right to refuse entry or ask anyone to leave if their behaviour is considered inappropriate.

7. Privacy

The information you provide when booking is used solely for managing your event booking and communicating with you about Rossendale Trades Hub events. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
