Featured / reccomended Supplier Terms & Conditions – Rossendale Trades Hub

By applying to become a featured / recommended Supplier and purchasing a listing, you agree to the following terms:

1. Independent Status

All businesses listed on Rossendale Trades Hub operate as independent service providers. A “Featured Supplier” listing is a paid promotional feature only and does not represent endorsement, verification, certification, or guarantee of services by Rossendale Trades Hub.

2. Accuracy of Information

You agree that all information submitted, including business details, services, and qualifications, is accurate, complete, and kept up to date at all times.

3. Responsibility & Liability

You are solely responsible for all work undertaken, including its quality, safety, legality, and outcome.
Rossendale Trades Hub accepts no responsibility or liability for:

Work carried out by listed businesses
Any disputes between customers and tradespeople
Any loss, damage, or issues arising from services provided

All agreements are strictly between you and the customer.

4. Insurance & Compliance

You confirm that you hold any required:

Public liability insurance
Qualifications or certifications
Licences required to legally carry out your trade

You agree to comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

5. Conduct & Standards

You agree to act professionally, honestly, and respectfully in all dealings with customers.
Rossendale Trades Hub reserves the right to remove or suspend listings if:

False or misleading information is provided
There are repeated complaints or negative feedback
You breach these terms

6. Payments & Subscription

Featured / recommended Supplier listings are subscription-based services.
All fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.

7. Use of Content

You grant Rossendale Trades Hub permission to use your business name, logo, and submitted content for marketing and promotional purposes.

8. Right to Remove Listings

Rossendale Trades Hub reserves the right to cancel subscriptions and remove listings at its discretion, without liability.
