• We do not monitor ongoing coverage

MEMBERSHIP & SUBSCRIPTIONS
Tradespeople may purchase subscriptions or advertising services through the platform.
By subscribing:
• You agree to recurring monthly billing
• Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled
• You agree to receive job alerts or communications via SMS or email where applicable
Rossendale Trades Hub is not responsible for missed opportunities, missed messages, or failed communications.
We provide advertising exposure only and do not guarantee:
• Leads
• Enquiries
• Work
• Business growth

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
You may cancel subscriptions at any time before your next billing date.
Your listing or service remains active until the end of the billing period.
All payments are non-refundable, including unused time, completed services, digital work, or advertising exposure already provided.

PAYMENTS
Payments are processed securely via third-party providers.
You agree:

Rossendale Trades Hub is not responsible for domain expiry, third-party provider failures, DNS issues, email interruptions, or downtime caused by external services.

PROJECT INACTIVITY
If a customer fails to respond, provide requested content, or communicate for 30 days or more, Rossendale Trades Hub may consider the project inactive and close the project without refund.
