CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Membership subscriptions for Rossendale Trades Hub are billed on a recurring monthly basis.

Cancellation
Members may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting us or cancelling through their account dashboard.

Once cancelled:
• No future payments will be taken
• Your listing will remain active until the end of the current billing period

Refunds
All membership payments are non-refundable once processed, as the listing and promotional services begin immediately upon payment.

Billing Disputes
If you believe a payment has been taken incorrectly, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Members agree to contact Rossendale Trades Hub before initiating a chargeback through their bank or payment provider.
