Membership & Payments
Rossendale Trades Hub offers subscription-based listings for tradespeople. By purchasing a membership, you agree to the applicable fees and billing terms.
Membership fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time.
- Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid further charges.
- Once cancelled, your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- No further payments will be taken after cancellation.
Refunds
All payments are non-refundable.
This includes:
- Partial months
- Unused time
- Lack of enquiries or work generated
By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that Rossendale Trades Hub does not guarantee leads, enquiries, or work.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- Your listing may be suspended or removed
- Access to services may be restricted until payment is received
Changes to Pricing
Rossendale Trades Hub reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to future billing cycles.
Service Nature
Rossendale Trades Hub provides advertising and listing services only.
We do not guarantee:
- Customer enquiries
- Job opportunities
- Business results
All tradespeople operate independently and are responsible for their own services, agreements, and work carried out.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or remove listings at our discretion if:
- Information provided is misleading or inaccurate
- There is misuse of the platform
- Terms are breached
