Hi, We’re currently in the process of purchasing a property in Ramsbottom and are looking for an experienced painter/decorator to carry out a fairly substantial amount of work before we move our family in. The job will cover the majority of the property and will roughly include: * Porch & living room * Kitchen/dining room * Hall, stairs & landing * Main bedroom * Guest bedroom * Two children’s bedrooms * Office We’re looking to have walls, ceilings and woodwork decorated throughout, with all necessary prep work included such as filling, sanding, caulking and making good. There are also a few additional elements, including a full colour-drench in the living room, some existing wallpaper to remove, built-in cupboards/shelving to paint and potentially stripping the staircase handrail back to natural wood. The kitchen cupboards are being professionally sprayed separately, so these won’t form part of the decorating work. We’re currently progressing with the purchase, but we’re very serious about getting the work booked in. As soon as we have a more accurate completion date, we want to get the ball rolling straight away and ideally have the decorating started as soon as possible after receiving the keys. I have access to the property week commencing 14th September, so I can arrange for anyone genuinely interested in the job to come and view the property, discuss everything properly and provide an accurate quote.
